Wild & Whiskey History Tour

June 2, 2024

Join us for an all-new way to discover local history with the Wild & Whiskey History Tour!

On June 2, from 12:30pm to 5:30pm, learn about the history behind the people, places, and legends that still play a part of our community within Ellensburg and Kittitas County from the days of Moonshinin’ and Prohibition.

This event begins with touring the region of Whiskey Dick Mountain and learning about the sites cared for by the PSE Wild Horse Wind and Solar Facility & Renewable Energy Center. Attendees will then visit the Kittitas County Historical Museum to learn about Prohibition and the dark past of Ellensburg. Attendees will finish their history tour with a visit to the nearby Elk Heights Distillery where they will discover what it takes to make a great whiskey, including a first-hand experience, before sampling the wonderful flavors of what the distillery has to offer.

This event has limited tickets! Each ticket is $40 and attendees must be 21-and-over. Tickets go on sale 5/3 at noon!
