The Kittitas County Historical Society, Inc. owns and operates the Cadwell Apartments, as well as two commercial properties located in Ellensburg that are leased out for the benefit of the Historical Society and the operation of the Kittitas County Historical Museum.
The commercial properties are located at:
402 S Main St – a 4,700 sq. ft. rental space (entire building)
1215 W University Way – an 800 sq. ft. rental office** (portion of building)
Each property is located right off a major thoroughfare and within minutes of historic Downtown Ellensburg and interstate highways.
