The Kittitas County Historical Society, Inc. owns the Cadwell Building, home to the Kittitas County Historical Museum and the Cadwell Apartments.

It also owns two commercial properties in Ellensburg and leases these spaces out for the benefit of the organization and operation of the Museum.
