The Ellensburg Historic Pub Crawl event is held two (2) times a year and sells out quickly!
Registering early is highly encouraged and recommended.
There are only 40 tickets available. Cost is $75 per person. Must be 21-or-older to attend.
The event starts at the Kittitas County Historical Museum where attendees will meet four (4) local historians and be set into your group of ten (10) persons. Your individual historian will then lead your group through Downtown Ellensburg and into four (4) different downtown establishments, where, at each, you will enjoy a bite to eat and an alcoholic libation to drink. While indulging on the paired treat your establishment has provided, you will hear tales from your historian of side splitting stories and juicy tidbits that our pioneers probably didn’t want you to hear! Groups will return to the Museum at the end of the evening, where a locally-made dessert treat and another alcoholic libation – and survey – await our attendees.
Those attending the Ellensburg Historic Pub Crawl should arrive at the Kittitas County Historical Museum no later than 5:00 p.m. in order to be checked in and sorted into their group. The event itself begins promptly at 5:10 p.m. with a welcome and introduction by Museum Staff and any event sponsors. Groups will depart from the Museum at 5:30 p.m. This event involves some walking and standing outdoors (rain or shine), so please plan and dress accordingly. This event may also involve some sidewalks, crosswalks, and/or local establishments that are not ADA accessible. Each local establishment is scheduled (as a timed stop), and the event itself is set to end around 8:00 p.m. back at the Museum.
We work with the local establishments to determine food and drink menus ahead of the event, and we are not able to make special accommodations as a result. There may be gluten-free and/or vegetarian options available at individual establishments but these menu options are not guaranteed. Drinks served during the event are alcohol-based, and may include beer, wine, and/or mixed drinks/cocktails. Please drink responsibly. There may not be any non-alcoholic alternatives available at each establishment except for water; please ask your timekeeper for more information. Extra food and/or drink is not permitted to be ordered during the event.
*** Groups are limited to 10 persons per group and are arranged before the event. If you are planning to attend with other individuals who are buying their own tickets, please let us know their names so that we can put everyone in the same group! We are unable to make changes to groups on the night of the event.***
Those wishing to cancel their registrations must contact the Museum at least 48-hours in advance of the event to be considered for a refund. Those who do not call or show for the event or contact Museum staff within 48-hours of the event are not eligible to receive a refund of their event registration fees. Those who repeatedly no call/no show or do not contact in adequate time to cancel their registration may impact their ability to register for future Museum events.
